STORY TIME!
This is based on a true story and is called
THE WARRIOR PRINCESS AND THE EVIL INSECT BEAST
Once upon a time there was a beautiful warrior princess who lived in a magical kingdom full of wonderful magical creatures. But not all of the creatures were so wonderful.
One hot summer day, the princess was strolling through the Enchanted Forest, when she happenned upon a magic pond. She thought to herself, "My that looks refreshing, especially on a day like this." Splash! The princess jumps into the pond. While she swam through the water she looked up and see a small cliff over-looking the pond. She then decided it would be terribly fun to climb to the top and dive off the cliff.
The princess neared the top of the cliff. However she didn't notice the cave in the cliff. In this cave lived the evil insect moster with its yellow stripes and massive venomous stinger. As she made her way to the top of the cliff, the evil monster flew out of its cave with great speed and attacked the warrior princess, piercing her leg with a mighty blow from his stinger, then throwing her over the cliff, into the water below!
The Warrior Princess awoke on the shore of the pond. Her leg had swelled, and she was very much in pain. As she lay there unable to move, a nearby apothecary came over to see what the problem was. When he saw her swelled injury, he quickly mixed up a remedy. He gave the princess a potion to drink and spread a cream over her terrible, swollen sting.
Soon she began to walk, but with much difficulty. Every step felt like a knife being stabbed into her leg, but she pressed on. The princess knew that if anyone else went near the cave, they would be attacked as well. She had to put an end to the terrible beast in order to protect her kindom and the people in it.
As the princess neared the cave, the beast emerged. The princess drew her sword and prepared to fight the monster. Time and time again the monster would strike. But the princess was to quick, blocking almost every attack that came her way. However, she didn't block all of them. She was badly injured and was quickly losing her energy, but the beast wasn't. With her last ounce of strength, the Warrior Princess picked up her sword and swung with all of her might, bringing down the treacherous beast!
With the horrible monster slain, and the princess out of energy, she collapsed on the ground, happy. Although she was badly wounded, she would live to fight another day. But the beast would not. She slept at peace, knowing her kingdom was safe for another day.

I hope people like my story. It's actually about me and what happened today.
This story is filled with symbolism.
I am the Warrior Princess. The magical creatures are the animals that live in and near my house. The enchanted forest in my backyard. The magic pond is my pool. The cliff is my diving board. The cave is the wasp's nest under my diving board. I was stung on the foot, not the leg, but the leg sounds better. When the princess was thrown into the pool, that was when I jumped into my pool to avoid anymore stings. The shore of the pond is the steps of my pool. the apothecary is the doctor we went to see because I was having a weird reaction to the sting, appearently I'm a little bit allergic to wasp stings. The potion was when I drank some water when I took ibuprofen. The cream was hydrocortisone. When every step felt like being stabbed with a knife, it actually felt more like 4 or 5 needles being shove through my foot. When the princess wanted to protect her kingdom, was when I was wanting to protect my brother's friends because they were coming over to swim and I didn't want them to get hurt, plus I wanted revenge. The sword is a hose. When the princess used all her strength to defeat the beast was when I turned the hose to full blast.
Isn't that fun?!
